Registration Requirements

Required Documents:
  • Company/Organization Registration Certificate (SSM/ROC/ROB)
  • Valid Organization Contact Information
  • Accreditation/Certification Documents (if applicable)
  • Official Application Letter or Support Letter
  • Responsible Officer/Contact Person Information
Partner Criteria:
  • Valid registered organization in Malaysia
  • Clear training/education program offerings
  • Committed to quality and standard compliance
  • Willing to collaborate with UUM TVET ecosystem
  • Compliance with regulations and guidelines

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Yes. There is a registration fee to become a partner. Partners are also responsible for the operational costs of their own programs. Please contact UUM admin for detailed fee structure and payment options.

The verification process usually takes 1-2 business days. You will receive an email notification when your account has been verified and is ready to use.

Yes! Each partner can create multiple programs as needed. There is no limit to the number of programs you can manage.

Once you create a program, the system generates a unique QR code. Participants can scan this QR code to access the registration form. You can also share the registration link via email, WhatsApp, or social media.

Partners need to update program status and participant information through the dashboard. Automatic reports will be generated by the system. UUM admin will contact you if additional information is needed.

Yes. Partners can export participant data in Excel (XLSX) or CSV format for reporting and documentation purposes. All data is subject to privacy and personal data protection regulations.
